Refund and Returns Policy

At Hubglasni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning products and receiving refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in new, unused, and resellable condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and parts.
- The item was purchased directly from Hubglasni (items purchased through third-party sellers are not eligible for return).
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used hygiene items, such as certain fitness gear
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@hubglasni.com or call (909) 461-3371 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide Order Details: Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return the Item(s): Once you receive your RMA, package the item(s) securely, and return them to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued. If the return is incomplete or outside of the 30-day window, the return request may be denied.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the defective product and either offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. We may request photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim more efficiently.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., mouthguards, resistance bands, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Digital products
7. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.
