Shipment Policy

At Hubglasni, we are committed to providing you with fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping options for your sports equipment and related products. This Shipment Policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, processing times, and other relevant details to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The shipping methods available for your order will be presented at checkout, and they may include:
Standard Shipping: Typically the most economical option, with delivery times ranging from 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping for a higher cost, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
Two-Day Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within two business days from the date of shipment, for select areas and products.
Next-Day Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery in eligible locations (available only for certain products).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:
- The weight and dimensions of the items being shipped.
- The destination of the shipment (zip code or country).
- The selected shipping method (e.g., Standard, Expedited, etc.).
You will be able to review and confirm the total shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase. Hubglasni periodically offers free shipping promotions on certain items or order totals. These promotions will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
3. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders placed on the Hubglasni website will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order is received, provided that the item is in stock and payment is successfully processed.
Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.
Delays: Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to notify you of any unexpected delays.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Shipments: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping, though we are planning to expand our reach in the future.
P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes using Standard Shipping. However, expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
Military Addresses: We also offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Undeliverable Addresses: If a shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address (incorrect or incomplete information), you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
5. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days from shipment.
Two-Day and Next-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days or 1 business day from the date of shipment, depending on the option selected.
Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change based on shipping carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Hubglasni cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Shipping carriers may include:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments: If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe or the tracking information shows it was undelivered, please contact Hubglasni within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@hubglasni.com or (909) 461-3371. Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged item(s) for us to assist you efficiently. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
8. Order Tracking Issues
Occasionally, there may be issues with the tracking information, such as delays in updating or inaccurate tracking details. If you encounter any problems with tracking, please wait 1-2 business days for further updates. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
9. Changes to Shipping Details
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address or shipping method. If there is an issue with your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is processed to make any necessary changes.
